Bring back the old Formula

Cloudy film on my dark granite. Bring back the old formulation. I used to give this as a new kitchen gift to all my friends with new granite. Not any more. I will have to hunt for a substitute.

Perfect Cleaner for Granite

Love this product. I have been using Bona products and for the price, Method’s everyday granite cleans up like a dream and the scent is fresh and fragrant.

Why did you change it?

This was one of my favorite cleaning supplies…until the last one I bought. I thought maybe you had just made the bottle smaller and changed the label. I was wrong. Like so many other people reviewing on here, it leaves a cloudy look on my counter. It also smells weird. The original one was the best, it was the last thing I did when cleaning the kitchen and it left a great smell and left me in a great mood. I hope someone from Method reads these reviews. Clearly the old one was a winner and the new one is not :(

Not Impressed

After years of use, I have found the new scent to smell like vinegar and it leaves streaks. I am very disappointed because I love your granite cleaner. I’ve purchased multiple bottles of the new and they are all the same. I finally found a couple of places with the old solution and tried it too; just to make sure it wasn’t me. It is not. The old solutions smells great, doesn’t leave streaks, and makes me happy!

Very different

Disappointed with the new formulation. I loved the old formula and recommended it to countless friends. Unfortunately this new product leaves a cloudy film on my black granite. I’ll have to look for an alternative, sadly.

Something's Changed - Not Good!

I’ve been using and loving the granite cleaner for several years – even asked for it for Christmas! But, when I got a new bottle in December, 2011, the label, scent and cleaning ability were different – and NOT for the better! The “apple orchard” scent is not as fresh and clean as before. Now it has a sour/bitter smell. But the most disappointing thing is that this new formula leaves a cloudy film on my granite like I’ve never seen before when using this product. I LOVED how clean it used to leave my granite counters (like no other!) but now I can’t continue using it as is. PLEASE bring back the former formula and scent!

Granite Polish is the Best!!

I love the aroma and performance of this product. I feel my countertops in the kitchen are clean and shiny, and the bonus is, the product is safe for the kitchen. Keep up the great products, I will never be without this one!

Love the shine & scent!!

I was given a bottle of cleaner spray for my granite from the guys who installed my counters, and was told “this is what you should use once a week” but i needed something i could clean with DAILY, plus I hated how it smelled, and it was not available in stores where i shopped. SO, I hesitantly switched over to daily Method granite cleaner, not sure it would work as well as what my granite guy gave me. Now, I have used this on my granite counters for a couple years…I love how it makes my counters shiny and clean and I don’t worry about it leaving a nasty smell in the air, a funky residue behind, or a nasty chemical where i cook our food. It smell nice too, which is a plus after a busy day in the kitchen.

This is the best granite polish I have ever used, but unfortunately the supermarket where I purchased it decided not to stock it anymore. I now have to buy it online & get it shipped half way accross Australia! But it’s worth it, there is nothing that can compare to this fabulous product. It never leaves streaky marks like some other products.

The Best

I moved into a house with granite counter tops, and bought this as my first ever granite cleaner. I have no desire to even try anything different! It’s fantastic, and as others have said, the smell and shine is so nice that even guests compliment. I was helping my mother clean her kitchen with her expensive, online purchased granite cleaner, and the stuff smelled horrible and left streaks. I bought her a bottle of Method at Target for less than $5 and she converted. Don’t waste you money on anything else, this stuff is awesome!

Shiny, happy granite!

I knew this was an amazing product when my husband came home and commented not only on the delicious smell of this cleaner but also the shine it left. This is our first time to have granite counters and we didn’t know how to keep them looking their best and now we do… Daily Granite Polish by Method. We use this daily, just as the name states. So nice to have an easy refill option as well. Thanks for saving me $$ and for making our home look so dang sparkly.

I give this product as a gift now to my friends with granite and they can’t believe the clean and shine. The next friend that moves will get a Basket of Method Products as a housewarming gift. I can’t think of anything better!

Really works!

I love the smell of this cleaner, and it gets my granite counters super-shiny (using the microfiber cloth). It even helps to get off dried-on spills and food. Just spray, let soak for a few seconds, and the spills wipe away, leaving nothing but shiny countertops. Fantastic!

So easy to use – the kids fight over who gets to wipe the counters and make them shine! What could be better?

Super Shiny, Awesome Smelling

I would wear this as perfume. It is amazing smelling and left my granite counters cleaner and shinier that anything I’ve tried on the market. After using this it made my counters look like I had them professionally resealed. It brought out the veins and made them look better than the day the were installed.

I didn’t even have to pre-clean my counters like with other granite products. I just sprayed it on and wiped. I did have to do some buffing to get it super shiny but it left an awesome finish. So smooth and shiny!

Smells amazing

Beautiful & bright smell, no residue left behind, leaves all of our granite & marble sparkly & shiny. Love it! (I agree with Staci- the smell is gender-neutral, my husband loves it, too!) Costco sells a huge pack of microfiber cloths & they work great with this & the stainless steel cleaner as well.

Super Shiny Stuff!

Want your granite to look great without worrying about extra chemicals in your next meal? Use this stuff. Your granite will be beautiful and like everything else, this stuff smells fantastic. In fact, I have cleaned my granite and my hubby sitting in the other room has asked what I was using cause it smelled so good. No girly scent here. . . just gender neutral fantastic!
Note: I use it with a microfiber cloth which is a great cleaning aide. I can even reuse it several times before washing.
